By participating in the Bernd Best Tournament, participants agree that photographs may be taken of them during the event. These photographs may be used for reporting and public relations purposes, including publication on the official website of RSC Cologne or the tournament.

Participants who do not wish to be photographed must inform us in writing before the event. Please send a corresponding message by e-mail to sekretariat@bernd-best-turnier.de no later than one week before the date of the event. In the absence of such notification, this shall be regarded as consent to the creation and use of the photographs within the above-mentioned framework.
